MY IDEAL WORK

My ideal work is to be a midwife. I decided to make the career of nursery in the future the last year, when one of my teachers did ​​a comment in one class that made me thought about what I wanted to do in my future. I was thinking about what career I wanted to do, so I was informing me of all the careers that I was most interested, like marine biology, childhood teacher or midwife. The fact why I decided to guide my future to this career is because it's a profession where you work in a team and where you are in contact with patients.

When I finish the career I have to choose a specialty, I want to choose the specialty of midwife because it's a very beautiful work.  The fact of helping a mother to giving birth to her son is a very special and unforgettable memory for them. Also, I want to do this specialty because I love little children.

I've been very lucky because I lived a great experience in this field. In Easter I went to see a part in a hospital to look if this is the profession that I want to dedicate in my future. This was because I know the Chief of Gynecology and Obstetrics of this hospital.

I'M VERY ENTHUSIASTIC TO EXERCISE THIS PROFESSION IN MY FUTURE!

FAMOUS PEOPLE, HIS PRIVATE LIFE

Everybody has a private life but when we talk about famous people is usually different. When they begin his career they begin to have a public image that they must maintain and thus become a model or an inspiration for the others. When someone becomes famous some paparazzi be all the time behind him to know everything he does in his life making photos and then they put it in internet. This situation represents a big pressure, it's because of this that some famous people leave their profession, like singers or actors, or enter in the world of drugs and alcohol.

I think, though someone is famous, isn't be deserve to be private of having his private life. I also think that many famous people when they leave home they wonder if there will be someone photographing or filming them, that means that they aren't living with consciousness quiet and this cannot be. So the paparazzi should have certain limits to respect the privacy of famous people, because EVERYONE DESERVES TO LIVE LIFE AND WITH THE CONSCIOUSNESS QUIET!

A PERSON I ADMIRE

My grandmother and me.

The person that all my life I admire a lot is my grandmother, Conchi. Since I was born and since until I started going to the school, at 3 years, was she who took care of me when my parents were working. At the same time she took care of my cousin.

She is the person of the world I will always love because she teaches me lots of things of live and about how to be a good person. All the good points that she have I loved because these define how she is.

Something I admire about her is that always when she finds with an acquaintance in the street, stops to talk to him. But this is not everything. Every day that I visit my grandparents she invites me to stay there and eat the best food that only she can do like she does. The dish that I like the most is the paella. She always makes it with chicken, rabbit, shrimp, cuttlefish, red pepper... and more things that gives to the dish a very good taste.

I'll never stop loving her, although one day no longer will be among us, I will always lead her in my heart.

GENERAL STRIKE IS IT WORTH?

Yesterday, 29th of March in Spain, all the unions like UGT and CCOO organised a General Strike. They went out to the streets of the main cities to attempt to claim a negotiation of the new Labour Reform that the government of Rajoy declared.

(29th of March of 2012).

The realization of this General Strike was good because people wanted to express themselves because they are against this reform. For many people this hurts them a lot because they can’t have a fixed and stable work or simply remain unemployed. Also for the flexibility that employers may have with the layoffs.

On the other hand, the strike hasn’t been the best decision because from the beginning the government said that 
nothing would make them take a step back to rectify any substantial point of the new reform.

Thus, we can conclude that the people had their reasons to manifest but haven’t had desired success because the government had already given an answer before the Strike, saying it wouldn’t change his opinion in no time.

THAT'S ME!

Hello to everybody!

My name is Miriam and I’m 18 years old. I was born in Granollers, Catalonia, the 24th of March of 1994. I’m in the last course of the High School and I’m studying the scientific modality. The last saturday, 24th of March was my birthday and I did 18 years. At midday, my parents prepared a lunch with my family for celebrate it. At night, also, my parents prepared for me a party in my house with my friends. I was too nervous but finally that day has become one of the best of my life.

                                                                                           

My hobbies are listen music, read books and also spend time with my friends. The kinds of music that I most love are pop, house and piano songs. When I listen to songs of piano I relax my mind or I just sleep. I play the piano since 3 years ago and I love it. For me the moment that I play the piano is the best to forget the world for a moment and it filled me.

Every weekend of the winter I go to la Cerdanya, Catalonia, to go to ski. The last year I did the first course to become a teacher of ski and nowadays I’m an instructor of ski.

In the future I want to study in the University the Infirmary career. What I want to do in my life is to help the people that need the help of the others. It’s because of that, that I want to be a nurse.
